The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list.  The project is complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Facilities Services Department.

That the work performed by Willis A. Smith Construction, Inc. for the Gulf Gate Elementary School - New Visitor Entrance project be accepted as substantially complete as of 11/1/2008.
